ATOMAX Open-Tray Wrap-Around Packaging Machine
ATOMAX OPEN TRAY is a wrap-around case packing system designed for self-supporting products that can be palletized without a fully enclosed case.
The machine provides fully automated packaging in open-tray cases. Depending on the application, the same machine can be configured to handle both open-tray cases and fully closed cases.
ATOMAX OPEN TRAY is designed for demanding 24/7 production environments in the dairy, meat, chemical and other industries.
The system automatically forms the case, prepares and groups the incoming products, loads them into the case, and folds and seals the required case flaps around the product group.
The machine operates using PLC-based controls and predefined production programs. High-speed versions are servo-driven to provide precise motion and high production capacity.
Case type: flat pre-cut cardboard blank.
Case sealing: hot-melt adhesive.
ATOMAX OPEN TRAY is an indexing-motion case packer that can be manually adjusted for different case dimensions. Tool-free format changeover can be completed in approximately 20 minutes.
Automatic format changeover is available upon request.
