ATOMAX Automatic Wrap-Around Case Packer
ATOMAX is a family of wrap-around case packers available in several configurations, including full wrap-around cases, open-tray solutions and dual-case loading systems. Each configuration is engineered for specific packaging applications and production requirements.
ATOMAX wrap-around case packers are designed for demanding 24/7 production environments in the dairy, meat, chemical and other industries.
The ATOMAX system is a fully automatic case packing solution that forms the case, prepares and groups the incoming products, loads them into the case, and folds and seals the case around the product group.
The machine operates automatically using PLC-based controls and predefined production programs. High-speed versions are servo-driven to provide precise motion and high production capacity.
Case type: flat pre-cut cardboard blank.
Case sealing: hot-melt adhesive.
ATOMAX is an indexing-motion case packer that can be manually adjusted for different case dimensions. Tool-free format changeover can be completed in approximately 20 minutes.
