ATOMAX DUO is a high-speed indexing wrap-around case packer designed for fully automated secondary packaging. The system achieves a capacity of up to 20 cases per minute by loading two cases simultaneously.
The incoming product flow is divided between two preparation and loading positions. Two cases are loaded at the same time and then closed and sealed sequentially with hot-melt adhesive, providing an efficient solution for high-output packaging applications.
ATOMAX DUO is designed for demanding 24/7 production environments in the dairy, meat, chemical and other industries.
The system operates automatically using PLC-based controls and servo-driven motion to achieve precise product handling and high production capacity.
Case type: flat pre-cut cardboard blank.
Case sealing: hot-melt adhesive.
ATOMAX DUO is an indexing-motion case packer and can be manually adjusted for different case dimensions. Tool-free format changeover can be completed in approximately 20 minutes.
Automatic format changeover is available upon request.
